  Not as good as the book. Many interesting details missing, and some of the scenes just weren t as magical as imagined. Worst of all, the ending scenes just didn t compare to the book.

  My nephew seen this movie and he thought it was the best movie he has ever see.

  Wow! talk about being overrated! i was so excited to see this movie, and granted all the special effects were good and the story was pretty close to the books. but it lacked the imagination and appeal that is known to be harry potter! The movie is getting way too much hype than it deserves, and i would say to save your 12 dollars, and wait for a pretty good dvd!

  i think the movie was good .. Loved how imaginative the story was and how detailed the plot of each scene was created to be .. excellent !the length of the movie allows the audience to get some background info on the main character I and can t wait until the next one comes out :)

  OH MY GOD!!!It was da bomb!I luved it sososososososososososooooooo much!!!I hope the second Harry Potter movie comes out earlier then November 2002.And just one minor note not that I m complaining...that all the parts from the book should be included.But still...in my opinion I think that the quidditch team captin of Gryfinndor is soooo cute!Dun eva change him...or the other characters.Like Snape...he s definatly someone you d luv to hate.Anyways yeah....God Bless to the makers of the movie and writer of the book!
