  This movie ended up being better then I expected. I was leary about it being split into two parts and what that would entail. Although it's never ideal for a movie to be split this one pulled it off well. There were of course changes from the book but overall the movie was very well pulled off. I can't wait for the 2nd half.

  Beautifully done, cinematography was amazing. The ending was not what I expected, could have been better.

  How the sixth film in a series can be marketed as "Part 1" is just one of the many flaws of the picture. This series has been a distant second to the TWILIGHT films for some time now, making a direct-to-dvd release a more sensible way to close out this misbegotten franchise. 1/5

  Awesome movie, cant wait for Part 2. Had some confusing bits, but i think they want to pull it together in the end. Cant wait!!

  As you know this is part one of the final book. I found it to (for the most part) follow the story line from the book with some creative changes. Viewers will find this to be slower paced than most of the Harry movies so far due to building up the story line. Still a great film.

  I found the movie a little confusing to follow, you have to be very familiar with all the characters, I still enjoyed it but think I was missing some things
